Without Motivation Would You Still Exercise

Are you one of those people that the first thing you do every morning is to get busy exercising. If you are than you sure are packing some powerful motivation. Without motivation to exercise you would most likely just stay in bed. You’ll lie awake staring at the alarm clock telling yourself I’ll just snooze a few more minutes and then I’ll put on my workout gear and get busy. You don’t sound so motivated to work out. But if you are one of those people that do you will maintain a healthy weight, most likely watch what you eat and stay active throughout the day because your body will want to.

With just the right combination of cardio and functional training staying in shape is motivating. Without motivation you’d still be in bed. Exercise on a regular basis will help you maintain weight, lower your blood pressure and starve off that old age feeling. So how does one start the day if one has no motivation? Somewhere you must find it. Once you do then it sort of takes over.

Maybe you suffered an injury and your physical therapist works to get you back to where you were at before the injury. And that feeling of being whole again feels right so there is your motivation. To get back from your injury and get on with your life. Exercise takes a commitment. If you are motivated to exercise you will see good results.
