I don’t know about you but I think the lots they are building homes on these days are a lot smaller than the ones I lived on when I was growing up. That means there is a lot less space for anything like a garden or storage shed especially when you need space for swing sets and jungle gyms for the kids! That’s when I found the terrific 4 x 8 Sidemate that fits on the side of my home and leaves the entire backyard area for the kids. It’s perfect for the lawn and garden tools and the extra storage we need for those holiday decorations that take over the house at Halloween and Christmas.
The other thing I loved about the shed kit was how easy it was to install and get ready to be used. My brother in law and I did it in a day with no complications or issues. I did purchase the foundation kit and bought treated plywood to build the floor but I don’t think you have to if you choose not to. However, I would get the foundation if you don’t have one because the building does need to sit level and square.
