Without Motivation Would You Still Exercise
Friday, March 5th, 2010Are you one of those people that the first thing you do every morning is to get busy exercising. If you are than you sure are packing some powerful motivation. Without motivation to exercise you would most likely just stay in bed. You’ll lie awake staring at the alarm clock telling yourself I’ll just snooze a few more minutes and then I’ll put on my workout gear and get busy. You don’t sound so motivated to work out. But if you are one of those people that do you will maintain a healthy weight, most likely watch what you eat and stay active throughout the day because your body will want to. (more…)
