My Boys are Graduating – Personalized Gifts to the rescue

This year my twin 18 year olds are graduating from high school. Hooray! Although I will admit that I am sure I will be very sad when they leave our home to go off to college in the fall. But for now, I am a very proud parent. Of course we will through them a party. And of course we will get them nice graduation presents that show them how proud we are of their achievements.

My philosophy is to get them something event oriented (like rent a limo that they can ride to all the graduation parties to) that will be fun, fun, fun. But also to get each of them something a bit more personal. I like to get gifts personalized for these occasions because they will last for years and years so the moment can be remembered and cherished over and over again,

Because they are graduating from high school, something fun like a personalized party cooler would be very cool (pop only please) or, since my boys are coffee adicts (just like mom) a personalized coffee mug could also do the trick. Either way, I’ll head on over to Eye Candy Gift where I’m sure to find something fun and affordable.

Wall Hanging Tapestries – Mykonos Memories!

Your island getaway. The Greek island of Mykonos takes its name from Apollo’s grandson, Mykons and, according to Greek mythology, was the site of a battle between Zeus and the Titan. Today, it is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe, renowned for its pristine beaches and vibrant nightlife. In the Mykonos tapestry, many characteristics elements of this charming place are shown. An assortment of boats lay scattered on the sand and moored in the water. A whitewashed building with terracotta tiled roof sits on the waterfront, its balconies decorated with geraniums. A blue domed church sits alongside.
